Tubular silencer is designed to reduce the noise level from fans in circular ducts.
The maximum temperature of the transported air is 70°C. It is made in the form of two circular ducts made of galvanised steel sheet, inserted one into the other. The space between the outer (smooth) and inner (made of mesh) ducts is filled with sound-absorbing material (laminated basalt). The Silencer can be mounted in any position. The pressure loss of a tube-type Silencer is the same as that of an equivalent section of round duct.
