- Only materials and elements recommended by the manufacturer must be used during installation, connection and operation.

- The manufacturer's recommendations and regulations concerning installation, connection, application and operation are not complied with.

Extended warrantyObservance of standard warranty obligations as well as observance of additional conditions:- Installation and adjustment works of the ventilation equipment are carried out by an approved partner of the manufacturing company or the manufacturing company.
- Technical inspection and preventive maintenance (if necessary) of the equipment by approved partners or representatives of the manufacturing company twice a year.
- The results of technical inspection and preventive maintenance are noted in the warranty passport of the product, which is filled in by a representative of the partner company or a representative of the manufacturing company and must be kept during the entire warranty period.

Maximum warrantyObservance of standard warranty obligations, additional conditions, as well as extended warranty obligations:- Installation and adjustment works ONLY by factory representatives, as well as regular maintenance and inspection of the equipment. Delivery
WOC Company delivers both to the customer's site and to transport companies. Every day we send cargoes to the regions of Russia. We will calculate for you the delivery of any order by any method of dispatch.
To make delivery, you need to give our manager the address, the desired date and time of delivery, the scheme of travel and the phone number of the responsible at the site. Payment for delivery can also be included in the order cheque and made through a current account.
If you need self-delivery, it is available daily from our warehouse in Pyatigorsk.
