Fans are designed to move air and non-explosive gas mixtures in ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Construction and materials
The casing is made of durable, lightweight, high quality plastic, corrosion-free and aesthetically pleasing. The impellers with backward curved blades are made of galvanised steel sheet. Compact, maintenance-free asynchronous single-phase electric motors with external rotor are used as the drive. Statically and dynamically balanced impellers and motors achieve a service life of more than 40,000 hours. Insulation class of the housing is IP 44. The motor is located in the air flow, which favours efficient heat dissipation. Operating temperature range from -40 to +40℃.
Motor protection
Electric motors are equipped with automatic restart thermal contacts inside the winding as standard, which provides the most reliable and accurate protection in case of overheating, overload, high air temperature, etc. No external protection device is required.
Capacity control
Electronic speed controllers are recommended for smooth performance variation. Transformer five-stage controllers can be used.
Installation
Can be installed in any position directly into the duct network. To prevent the transmission of vibrations from the fan to the ductwork, it is recommended to use flexible inserts before and after the fan.
