Explosion-proof fire protection valve DZK-VZ
Fire explosion-proof valves DZK-1-VZ(EI60), DZK-2-VZ(EI90) are manufactured normally open (NO), normally closed (NC) and smoke (S) and double-acting (DA). NO (fire-retarding) valves are designed to block the spread of fire and combustion products through ducts, shafts and channels of ventilation and air conditioning systems in case of fire in buildings and structures for various purposes. Smoke dampers (including smoke dampers) are used as smoke ventilation dampers. Application of valves is carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements. Standardised fire resistance limit of DZK-1-VZ valves (EI60):
- in normally open valve mode with thermal action on the actuator side;
- in normally open dampers when the thermal effect is from the opposite side of the actuator;
- in the mode of normally open damper when installed in the duct section outside the building envelope with a standardised fire resistance limit;
- in the mode of normally closed damper.
Normative fire resistance limit of valves DZK-2-VZ(EI90):
- in the mode of normally open valve at thermal influence from the actuator mechanism;
- in the mode of normally open valve at thermal impact from the side opposite to the location of the actuator mechanism;
- in the mode of normally open damper when installed in the duct section outside the building envelope with a standardised fire resistance limit;
- in the mode of normally closed valve. DZK-1-VZ(EI60), DZK-2-VZ(EI90) valves can be installed in premises classified as categories A or B of explosion and fire hazard in accordance with Federal Law No. 123-FZ and SP 12.13130.2009, as well as in hazardous areas where, under operating conditions, the formation of explosive mixtures, gases, vapours with air, layers of combustible dust and explosive dust-air mixtures is possible. Explosion protection marking of valves DZK-1-VZ(EI60), DZK-2-VZ(EI90) - II Gb. The valves meet the requirements of GOST R EN 1127-12009; GOST R EN 13463-1-2009. The valves are equipped with electric actuators placed in a robust steel case with explosion protection marking 1 ExdIICT6. The valves are made of galvanised, carbon steel (with subsequent painting) and stainless steel on customer's request. The terminal block is installed in the lead-in box of the flameproof enclosure. The valves can be installed in any spatial orientation. Degree of protection against external influences according to GOST 14254-96-IP 66. Type of climatic execution - U3 according to GOST 15150-69. Valves can be installed indoors with ambient temperature from -30°С to +40°С in the absence of direct impact of atmospheric precipitations and moisture condensation on the damper. The environment must not contain aggressive vapours and gases in concentrations destroying metals, paint coatings and electrical insulation. Application of dampers is carried out on the basis of the Permit of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision.
