Water heater TPL-W

Selection methodology. The method involves setting initial values such as: air flow rate, inlet air temperature, calculated water temperature difference, and obtaining unknown values: outlet air temperature, heat output of the heater, water and air pressure drop, required water flow rate. With the help of aerodynamic and thermodynamic diagrams all these quantities can be obtained. TPL-W type water heaters are designed for air heating and are installed in ducts of ventilation and air conditioning systems of industrial and public buildings. The heat exchanger is made of aluminium plates and 9.52 mm copper tubes passing through them. Checkerboard arrangement of tubes. Casing made of galvanised steel sheet. Special threaded heat exchanger spigots for easy drainage and de-airing of the heat exchanger. Diameters of inlet and outlet connections G1".Heat carrier: water or non-freezing mixtures. Maximum temperature 170°C, maximum allowable pressure 1.5 MPa. Installing in any position. TPL-W type air heaters are manufactured as standard in nine sizes, in two-row (TPL-W/2) and three-row (TPL-W/3) versions. They are installed as heaters in ventilation systems with air flow rates from 500 to 10900 m3/h and moving air temperatures from -40 to +40 °C.
