General information The valve is certified according to the procedure established by the legislation. Fire resistance limit of OZK-2 valve: - in the mode of normally open (fire-retarding) valve -EI120; - in the mode of normally closed (smoke) valve - EI120, E120; - in the mode of normally open (double-acting) valve - EI120. Fire damper OZK-2 (hereinafter referred to as the valve) by its functional purpose can be used as a fire retardant with normally open flap (NO), as a smoke valve with normally closed flap (NC) and as a double-acting valve (DA) with normally open flap (for sequential operation in each state: At fire as a normally open damper and after fire for ventilation of the room from products of combustion and extinguishing as a smoke damper), according to the requirements of SNiP 41-01-2003 and SP 7. 13130.2009. Type of climatic execution and placement category U3 according to GOST 15150-69. Limit values of operating temperature of ambient air from -30С to +40С under condition of absence of direct impact of atmospheric precipitations. The valve is available in rectangular (square) or round cross-section. It is installed in openings or places where ventilation systems pass through fire barriers. The valve is operable in any spatial orientation. The damper is not to be installed in ventilation ducts of premises of A and B categories of explosion and fire hazard, local suctions of explosion and fire hazardous mixtures. The construction of the valve consists of two sections, between which there is a refractory material, which acts as a temperature joint. The valve is made of galvanised steel. The valve consists of: section No.1 and section No.2 of the body, flap, actuator with a protective cover protecting the actuator during installation and operation of the valve. The body has a technological hatch with a removable cover for maintenance of the valve internal cavity. The valve is equipped with the following types of actuators: - electromechanical BLF (BFL); - electromechanical FS (SPUTNIK); - electromagnetic (EM), both in combination with and without thermal lock.
