Control unit BKU

The housing of the control unit combines:
- power part: designed to control servo drives of air valves, fans and circulation pumps;
- control part: designed to control the automation and protect the power part. They are manufactured in wall-mounted enclosures:
- TEKFOR modular plastic hinged enclosures with transparent cover, protection degree -IP65 when the cover is closed and IP45 when the cover is open;
- modular metal hinged enclosures, protection class -IP31 (IP54) when the lid is closed.
All control and indication elements are located:
- behind the transparent cover (plastic enclosures);
- on the front door of the unit (metal enclosures).
The power part of the unit consists of circuit breakers, contactors, relays, indicator lights and terminals. Depending on the ventilation system configuration you have ordered, we can realise any of your projects on a freely programmable controller. In the control of all ventilation systems we use controllers from Segnetics (Pixel), Siemens, ELKO (TER-9). BKU control units are assembled on the element base of Schneider Electric, LS Industrial Systems (LG), IEK®. Power supply of control cabinets -220 V AC (+10%/-10%) 50 Hz with grounding wire or 380 V AC (+10%/-10%) 50 Hz with neutral and grounding wire depending on the modification. Ambient operating temperature range - from +5 to +40°C. Relative humidity in the room -95%. Control units are designed for indoor installation in dust-free, dry environment without chemical substances. All control units are manufactured based on the requirements of TU 4862-002-68121117-2013. BKU control units are designed to control the operation of ventilation systems (central air conditioners, duct air inlets, duct fans, heat curtains) are used for complex protection and control of ventilation systems with water heater (heating), electric heater, water/freon cooling or recirculation.

STANDARD

- password protection of the service menu.
