SKW 430-1100 air-cooled condenser monoblock chillers

General description
- Type of design - cooling only.
- Refrigerant: Freon R410A.
- 11 sizes with cooling capacities from 401 to 1 046 kW.
- The maximum possible glycol content in the coolant mixture is 40 % (for versions with integrated pump).

Design Features.
Enclosure. Supporting frame made of galvanised steel with polyester powder coating. High resistance of the enclosure to external weather conditions. Easy access to internal components. Compressors. Three-phase scroll compressors with crankcase heating and inbuilt motor overload protection. Evaporator. AISI 316 stainless steel copper brazed plate heat exchanger. Two independent circuits on the refrigerant side and one on the water side.
Condenser. High efficiency aluminium microchannel heat exchanger, corrosion resistant and lightweight.
Distinctive features.
A large number of cooling capacity control stages eliminates the need for additional external storage tanks. High refrigeration coefficient and minimum power consumption at partial loads. The use of highly efficient microchannel condenser heat exchangers allowed to reduce dimensions and weight of the developed chillers, as well as to minimise refrigerant charge.
Control Unit.
The chiller control algorithm ensures stable operation of refrigeration circuit components in design operating modes, as well as uniform running time of compressors and pumps. A wide range of inbuilt pumps with different pressure characteristics allows to optimally select the hydronic module modification for the required network characteristics. No need for an external hydraulic pumping station. Testing of all parameters of the chiller operation is carried out on a unique high-precision factory stand. All manufactured models are delivered charged with refrigerant. The control unit includes the following components: main switch with door locking device, circuit breakers for all compressors and control circuits, phase control relay, freely programmable controller with built-in display.
Controller.
Continuous indication of the chiller status: set and actual refrigerant temperatures, percentage of load on the chiller, operation/accident/lockout. Rotation of compressors and pumps by operating hours, logging of emergency conditions with date and time of occurrence, logging of compressor and pump operating hours, the possibility of switching on the pump during the stop of the refrigeration circuit, weekly timer. Optional remote control panel with the ability to remotely change parameters and modes of operation. Full access and display of all menus of the controller. Possibility of connection to BMS building dispatching system: RS 485 (Modbus). Russified interface.
Refrigeration circuit.
Components
high and low pressure sensors, filter drier, sight glass, electronic expansion valve.
Water circuit. Circuit assembled on split groovelock connections. Includes: inlet and outlet temperature sensors, differential pressure switch.
