Installation. The electric heaters can be installed in both floor and suspended versions by transforming the feet into suspension brackets without the use of additional parts. To prevent contamination of the heater, an air filter must be installed in front of the heater at a distance of at least 1 metre. When installing the heater in front of the fan, it is necessary to regulate its power so as not to exceed the maximum permissible temperature of the air transported by the fan. Application. AirM HE electric heaters are designed for heating air and other non-explosive gas mixtures in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Design and materials. AirM HE heaters are presented in eight sizes, in each of which different power modifications are available, which increases the functionality of this type of equipment. The tubular heating rods are made of stainless steel and reinforced with aluminium spacers to prevent vibration and reduce the load on the electrical network. The enclosure insulation class is IP 40. Operating temperature range of passing air from -40°C to +40°C. Overheating protection. The heaters are equipped as standard with 2 overheating protection thermostats for the casing and the air, which are activated at 80°C, as well as a thermal contact circuit which opens in case of overheating. The air flow velocity through the heater must be at least 1 m/s. Heat output control. The heat output of AirM HE heaters is automatically regulated by means of control units. Smooth capacity regulation is achieved by sequential switching on of heating stages, which allows to accurately monitor the supply air temperature. All heaters are designed with two equal power stages (except the 22.5 kW heater, which has 7.5 kW and 15 kW stages) for more accurate supply air temperature control.
