The electric air heater type SPH-E is designed for heating air. It is used in duct ventilation and air conditioning systems in industrial and public buildings. The heater is available in nine sizes depending on the duct connection flange. SPH-E type air heaters use tubular electric heating elements (heating elements) as heating elements. Wide range of electric heaters (from 3 to 60 kW). The heater casing is made of galvanised steel sheet. Precise maintenance of supply air temperature, reduced load on the electrical network due to the use of equal power stages. Protection against overheating is provided by two built-in thermostats that guarantee safe and reliable operation. The operating temperature of the electric air heater type SPH-E is from -40 to +40°C. Electrical insulation IP 40. Supply voltage 220 V and 380 V (depending on the model). It is recommended to use SFP or SFPK filters, which provide complete protection against contamination of electric air heaters. The power of the electric heater is automatically regulated by SBUP or SBUT control units, the outlet temperature behind the heater must be limited to 40°C. Installation of a filter directly in front of the heater is not allowed. In case the ventilation system is switched off manually (if there is no automatic blowing of the heating elements), it is necessary to switch off the heater first of all, and then after the heater has cooled down (1-3 min.) switch off the fan and close the ventilation dampers.
Important!
The heater may only be installed outside the building under a roof or canopy: to prevent moisture from entering the electrical connections of the heater. Do not install a filter directly in front of the heater!
