Notes The initial position of the damper blade of the fire damper is "open", that of the smoke damper is "closed". The operating position of the damper blade of the fire damper is "closed", that of the smoke damper is "open". Designations on the diagrams M - electric motor. Belimo electric actuators are installed on the valves: 1. With spring return (for all valves): - BLF230, BFL230, BFN230, BF230, supply voltage 220V; - BLF24, BFL24, BFN24, BF24, supply voltage 24V. 2. With spring return with thermal switch (on OZK valves): - BLF230-T, BFL230-T, BFN230-T, BF230-T, supply voltage 220V; - BLF24-T, BFL24-T, BFN24-T, BF24-T, supply voltage 24V. The actuator actuation is signalled by the removal of voltage. 3. Reversible: - BLE230 and BE230,supply voltage 220V; - BLE24 and BE24, supply voltage 24V. The actuator actuation is signalled by applying voltage to the appropriate terminals of the actuator supply circuit. The actuators contain two built-in SPDT microswitches for signalling the end positions. The method of transferring the damper from the home position to the operating position: - automatic, from a thermal breaker (only for actuator BLF230-T, BFL230-T, BFN230-T, BF230-T, BLF24-T, BFL24-T, BFN24-T, BF24-T; - automatic, according to fire automation signals; - remote, from the control panel; - from a toggle switch at the place of valve installation (the toggle switch is not included in the delivery set). The method of transferring the damper from the working position to the home position: - remote, from the control panel; - manual. Valve operation principle. The valve is triggered when the supply voltage is cut off or when the thermal disconnecting device is triggered. In this case, the return spring of the actuator moves the damper from the initial position to the working position. A valve with reversible actuator is actuated when the supply voltage is applied. The actuator motor moves the butterfly valve from the home position to the operating position and vice versa. The damper can be moved from the operating position to the home position remotely from the control panel by applying voltage to the electric motor or manually using a special key included in the actuator kit.
