AirM V1/V2 fans
Installation.
AirM fans can be installed both in floor and suspended version by transforming legs into suspension brackets without using additional parts. It is recommended to install flexible inserts before and after the fan to prevent vibration transmission from the fan to the duct.
Application.
The centrifugal fans are designed to move air and other non-explosive gas mixtures in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Design and materials V1 and V2 fans are available in eight sizes. V1, V2 fans use a "free" impeller with backward curved blades. V1, V2 fans are driven by asynchronous three-phase electric motors. Statically and dynamically balanced impellers and used electric motors allow to achieve more than 40 000 hours of working life. The motor is structurally located in the air flow, which contributes to efficient heat dissipation. The temperature of transported air for V1, V2 fans is from -40°C to +40°C. The use of impeller (V1, V2) production ensures high quality and reliability of the fans. Motor protection. Motor protection of V1, V2 fans is carried out by using current-limiting circuit breakers included in the automation system. For fans with 4 kW motor and higher, if there is no frequency regulator, a two-stage starting device is used. Output circuit terminals allow connection of external protection devices, which provides the most reliable and accurate protection in case of overheating, overload, phase failure, high air temperature, etc.

The fans performance is regulated by changing the motor speed. For fans V1, V2 it is recommended to use frequency converters that influence the value of frequency and voltage.
