A capillary thermostat is connected to the control units for air-to-air freeze protection. The capillary thermostat tube is mounted directly behind the water heater evenly around the entire perimeter of the water air heater (freon cooler). The thermostats have two modifications and differ in the length of the capillary tube (3 or 6 meters). KP61 (AZT-6) temperature relay with a 6m capillary tube.
Differential pressure relay
Differential pressure relays are connected to the control units to signal air filter clogging and fan pressure (belt breakage). DM500 (DPD-5).
Siemens, SPUTNIK air valve servo drive
Air valve drives are manufactured with different supply voltages of 24 and 220 V. With a return spring (for automatic valve closure when the power is turned off) and without a return spring (open-closed). If it is necessary to regulate the position of the air damper blades, a drive with analog control is used, 0-10 V control, 24 V supply.
Frequency converters FC-051 VLT Micro, Innovert, HC Tecorp-Electronics
Converters are high-tech devices with high accuracy. Using a frequency converter, it is possible to regulate the fan performance, smooth start, protect against overloads, set the fan rotation speed using an analog signal 0 ... 10 V from the control signal or using a potentiometer.
Transformer speed controllers
R-ET, R-E controllers are used for step control of the performance of single-phase fans by changing the supplied voltage. They are equipped with a manual step switch, a motor protection device, a signal lamp on the front panel, an additional (non-regulated) 230 V (1 A) output, a potential-free changeover contact (230 V, 2 A). The R-ET controller provides for connection of fan thermal contacts and a remote control device (dry contact). The R-E controller does not provide for connection of fan thermal contacts. It is possible to connect several fans simultaneously if their total current consumption does not exceed the maximum. In this case, the thermal contacts are connected in series. The controller body is suitable for wall mounting. Supply voltage stages: 65-110-135-170-230 V. Maximum ambient temperature: +40°С.

RTY, SI-RS11 controllers are used for smooth control of single-phase fan performance. They are equipped with a manual potentiometer-setter of the supplied voltage, an internal potentiometer-limiter of the minimum value of the supplied voltage, and a fuse. Connection of fan thermal contacts and a remote control device is not provided. It is possible to connect several fans simultaneously if their total current consumption does not exceed the maximum. The RTY2.5 regulator housing is suitable for wall and recessed mounting. Nominal voltage: 220 V, 50 Hz. Maximum current — 2.5 A. Protection class: IP54 / IP44. The SI-RS11 regulator housing is suitable for mounting on a DIN rail. Nominal voltage: 220 V, 50 Hz. Maximum permissible fan power: 1200 W. Protection class: IP 20. Maximum ambient temperature: +35°С.
