Duct fan SRP/SRS
SRP/SRS duct fans are designed to move air and other non-explosive gas mixtures.
The fans are installed directly into the rectangular duct of the systems and are used for both indoor and outdoor applications in temperate climates. The permissible temperature of the transported air is from -30 to +40°C. SRS duct fans are used in ventilation and air-conditioning systems, where there are higher requirements to the permissible noise level created by ventilation equipment. To reduce the noise level created by the impeller and motor, the fan unit is placed in a special soundproof casing. The casing has a removable panel for easy maintenance of the fan and motor. In standard version the fan is made of galvanised steel sheet. The fan impellers are statically and dynamically balanced. Fan diffusers are made of aluminium or fibreglass, electric motors are made of aluminium, copper, plastic alloys. Constant input control of materials ensures reliability of the fan operation as a whole. The fans use asynchronous 1-phase and 3-phase compact electric motors with external rotor and armature with high ohmic resistance. The design of the fan allows cooling the electric motor during operation by air flow. In SRS noise-protected fans as a sound-absorbing material of the sound-insulating casing sandwich panels of 25 mm thickness with polyurethane foam filling are used. Main technical characteristics of the applied sound-absorbing material: density of polyurethane foam - 44 kg/m3; compressive strength at 10% deformation - 200 kPa; thermal conductivity coefficient - 0,0227 W/mK; water absorption in 24 h - 180 cm3/m2.
