Roof supply fans with axial impellerr

Main assemblies, parts and elements of fan design
1. Metal shell in flange-to-flange construction, with internal area for mounting the drive motor;
2. The impeller is made of reinforced polyamide (number of blades from 3 to 16).
3. electric motor - three-phase asynchronous (located under the impeller of the fan);
4. Protective umbrella, made of galvanised steel, protects the flowing part of the fan from atmospheric precipitations;
5. Removed power supply connection box for the drive motor.
Roof fans with axial wheels are designed for operation without duct network or with insignificant (short) duct network;
When operating with a network only on the suction side, the total resistance of the network must not exceed the static (Psv, Pa) pressure of the fan.
Roof fans with axial impellers type VKOPa are delivered disassembled, the delivery set includes two elements:
-axial fan in the form of a fully ready-to-install monoblock;
-protective umbrella protecting the flowing part of the fan from atmospheric precipitations;
-a set of fasteners necessary for fixing the umbrella to the fan is supplied upon the Customer's additional request.
When mounting fans it is suggested to use the following products (additional equipment):
-mounting cup of STM-OSV type with built-in check valve.
Roof fans with axial impellers provide for direct supply of outside air (inflow) from the roof space to staircase and lift areas, creating excess pressure in them and preventing the entry of smoke into these rooms. In other words, fans fulfil the task of "air supply".
