Universal air inlet unit AirK-Ep
Purpose.
The compact casing of frame and panel construction (25 mm insulation) contains: fan (plastic casing, steel impeller), plate recuperator, filter (flat, cleaning class E3), electric heater (three variants: 2/4/6 kW). The rated power of the electric heater is selected when ordering, during operation the power is regulated by a solid state relay to maintain the set temperature. W-shaped heating elements, rated power of one heating element is 2 kW. When connecting to single-phase network ("phase" and "zero") more than one heating element, a parallel connection scheme is used. In case of three-phase connection the connection scheme of heating elements is "star". The unit capacity is up to 800 m³/hour.
Installation design.
The unit is operable in any spatial orientation. To change the filter, the service panel is removed. As a rule, the service panel should be located at the bottom. The unit is easy to install: brackets are provided in the unit body for mounting to building structures. There are two inlets and two outlets Ø200 for connection to the duct system. It is recommended to connect the unit with flexible noise-insulated ducts. In order to achieve optimum acoustic and aerodynamic performance, it is necessary to provide a straight section of ducting about 1 metre long after the unit's exhaust.
